Agreement to these Terms<\/h2><p>These Terms &amp; Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your access to and use of roofroofrenewal.com, its location and franchise sub-sites, forms, scheduling tools, and other online services that link to these Terms (collectively, the \u201cSite\u201d). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our <a href=\"https:\/\/roofroofrenewal.com\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.<\/p><p>You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Roofing and property services may be offered by a company-owned operation or by an independently owned and operated franchisee. Franchisees are separate legal businesses, not agents, employees, partners, or joint venturers of Roof Roof Franchisor LLC except as expressly stated in a written agreement.<\/p><p>The local provider identified in your estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement is responsible for the services it performs, its employees and subcontractors, local licenses, pricing, and contractual obligations. Nothing on a location page changes the legal independence of a franchisee.<\/p><\/section>\n<section class=\"rrr-section\" id=\"website\"><h2>3. Permitted use of the Site<\/h2><p>You may use the Site for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about our services, contacting a location, requesting an inspection or estimate, or exploring a franchise opportunity. Unless a signed writing says otherwise, online prices and examples exclude repairs, unusual access, permits, taxes, structural work, remediation, or conditions not reasonably visible before work begins.<\/p><\/section>\n<section class=\"rrr-section\" id=\"services\"><h2>5. Roofing services and suitability<\/h2><p>Roof rejuvenation, coating, washing, sealing, repair, and related services are not suitable for every roof. Existing leaks, structural movement, saturated insulation, failing decking, installation defects, advanced material deterioration, code issues, or hidden conditions may require different work or replacement.<\/p><p>Descriptions on the Site are general information and are not engineering, architectural, insurance, code-compliance, or legal advice. Performance and useful life vary with existing condition, material, preparation, installation, climate, exposure, maintenance, and events after service. A service does not make a structurally unsound roof sound or prevent every future leak or weather-related loss.<\/p><p>The signed proposal or service agreement governs access, preparation, exclusions, change orders, payment, cancellation, completion, care instructions, and other project-specific obligations.<\/p><\/section>\n<section class=\"rrr-section\" id=\"warranties\"><h2>6. Warranties and claims<\/h2><p>Any product or workmanship warranty applies only when included in a written warranty or service agreement issued for the project. Warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, maintenance requirements, transfer rules, claim procedures, and remedies vary by service and location.<\/p><p>Website references to potential savings, added service life, warranty periods, environmental attributes, or product performance describe eligible projects or available programs and are not a promise that every property will receive the same result. The written project documents control if they conflict with general Site content. Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer under its own terms.<\/p><\/section>\n<section class=\"rrr-section\" id=\"communications\"><h2>7. Calls, texts, and email<\/h2><p>By giving us contact information, you authorize Roof Roof Renewal and the location assigned to your request to contact you about that request, appointment, estimate, service, warranty, or franchise inquiry. When you provide separate marketing consent, communications may include calls, emails, SMS, or MMS using automated dialing or messaging technology where permitted by law.<\/p><p>Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. You grant us and the relevant service provider a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and use submissions as needed to respond, evaluate a property, provide services, maintain records, or operate the Site.<\/p><p>We will not use a customer\u2019s name, testimonial, or identifiable project images in public marketing solely because they were submitted through an inquiry form; public promotional use requires any permission required by law or the applicable agreement.<\/p><\/section>\n<section class=\"rrr-section\" id=\"thirdparty\"><h2>10. Third-party services and links<\/h2><p>The Site may link to maps, financing providers, social networks, manufacturers, review platforms, or other third parties. Their aggregate liability for a Site-related claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid directly to Roof Roof Franchisor LLC for use of the Site during the six months before the claim.<\/p><p>This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law and does not determine a local provider\u2019s liability under a signed service agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this Section may not apply to you.<\/p><\/section>\n<section class=\"rrr-section\" id=\"indemnity\"><h2>13. Indemnification<\/h2><p>To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Roof Roof Franchisor LLC and its affiliates from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your infringement of another person\u2019s rights, or content you submit in violation of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own negligence or misconduct.<\/p><\/section>\n<section class=\"rrr-section\" id=\"law\"><h2>14. Governing law and disputes<\/h2><p>These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction continue to apply. Before filing a Site-related claim, you and Roof Roof Franchisor LLC agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve it by written notice describing the issue and requested resolution.<\/p><p>Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a dispute concerning the Site that cannot be resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and each party consents to their jurisdiction. Disputes concerning roofing work, payment, warranties, or a local provider are governed by the signed project agreement and applicable local law.<\/p><\/section>\n<section class=\"rrr-section\" id=\"changes\"><h2>15. Changes, availability, and severability<\/h2><p>We may update the Site or these Terms. The effective date identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless law requires additional notice. We may modify or discontinue Site features without liability.<\/p><p>If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
